    Your clinic is built in Treats Wizard, together: team, schedule, procedures and prices, documents, integrations. Cécile moves forward with you, page by page.

  3. Your data migration

    Clients, animals, medical history, stock and prices are imported from your current software, then checked with you before launch.

  4. Day one, and after

    Team training, clinic up and running in 21 days. Then you change plan in one click, pro rata, and stop whenever you want.

Changing plan takes 30 seconds. One button in your settings, nothing to re-migrate, the invoice adjusts to the day.

How much does Treats cost for my clinic?

Set “Your clinic” at the top of the page: Essential and Pro prices update. For two veterinarians and two vet nurses on one site, Essential comes to €540 excl. VAT per month. The final quote is priced with you during the 30-minute call.

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes. All displayed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice, as with your other software.

Is there a commitment, and how do I stop?

No. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term. You stop from your settings or with a simple e-mail, with no fees or penalties, and you get your data back.

Can I move from Essential to Pro, and back?

Yes, in one click, in your settings. Nothing to re-migrate: same data, same account, same team. The invoice adjusts pro rata, to the day.

Why can't I subscribe directly online?

Because a clinic gets set up: team, procedures, prices, schedule, documents, integrations. We'd rather do it with you than leave you alone in front of a form. That's what the 30-minute call is for, then the guided setup in Treats Wizard.

Can I try Treats before subscribing?

Treats Hospit is free for 90 days and runs alongside your current software, nothing to migrate. The full software can't be tried empty, it needs to be set up: the demo runs on your clinic, with your cases, during the call.

What does the data migration cover?

Clients, animals, medical history, stock and prices, imported from your current software then checked with you before launch. It is part of the setup, together with team training.

How are SMS and e-mails billed?

SMS are billed at cost, €0.035 excl. VAT each, with no margin. E-mails and app notifications are unlimited and free.

Where is my data hosted?

In France, at Scaleway. Your clients' data is processed in line with GDPR, and the whole clinic is backed up every day.

How long before we are up and running?

Twenty-one days on average between the call and the first day of use, team training included.
